“Thomas Hübl’s exploration of collective trauma strikes at a core issue confronting our modern civilization.”
— Gabor Maté, Author, The Myth of Normal and In The Realm of Hungry Ghosts: Close Encounters With Addiction
Dear Friend,
We are living in a time when many aspects of our daily life may be challenging or feel stressful. It’s easy to feel overwhelmed or disconnected.
However, it’s essential to tend to our well-being, not as an afterthought, but as a foundational part of how we live, relate, and show up in the world.
I invite you to experience The Ecosystem of Healing—my newest self-paced course designed to support you in cultivating a healing ecosphere across a broad spectrum of your life. This is not about quick fixes or health hacks. It’s about attuning to the many dimensions of who we are and learning how to nurture our systems so we can meet life with more presence, clarity, and energy.
I’m thrilled to include in this course my conversations with four expert guest teachers—Dr. Uma Naidoo, Dr. Terry Real, Iya Affo, and Ross Gay—who generously share their expertise and insights on physical health, relational well-being, collective resilience, and a reminder to relish simple joys.
Each module offers a grounded, integrative path for building inner strength and restoring connection. Through guided practices and reflection tools, we can develop new ways to care for ourselves and one another in a time when true well-being is needed more than ever.
I look forward to sharing this journey with you.
Warmly,
Founder, The Academy of Inner Science

“The best way to describe my experience is that it feels like a transmission of spiritual energy infusing me and loosening up my conditioned, stuck layers so that unconscious information could arise.
